افتح صفحة إضافة النشاطOpen the add-your-business page
روح لموقع قوقل للأنشطة التجارية: business.google.com، وسجّل دخول بحساب قوقل (Gmail). لو ما عندك حساب، سوّ واحد مجاني. الأفضل تستخدم حساب خاص بالمحل، مو حسابك الشخصي.Go to Google's business site, business.google.com, and sign in with a Google (Gmail) account. If you don't have one, make a free one. It's best to use an account for the business rather than your personal one.

- الأزرار ممكن يتغير شكلها، بس الفكرة نفسهاButton wording can change, but the idea stays the same
اسم المحل والتصنيفBusiness name and category
اكتب اسم محلك زي ما هو مكتوب على اللوحة وعلى أوراقك، بدون إضافات مثل «أرخص» أو اسم الحي. قوقل تمنع حشو الكلمات في الاسم. بعدها اختر التصنيف الأقرب لشغلك، مثل «محل عطور» أو «سباك».Write your business name as it appears on your sign and paperwork, with no extras like "cheapest" or the district name. Google doesn't allow stuffing words into the name. Then pick the category closest to what you do, such as "perfume shop" or "plumber".

محل يزوره الزبون، أو بدون محل؟A place customers visit, or no shop?
بتسألك قوقل: هل عندك موقع يقدر الزبون يزوره، مثل محل أو مكتب؟ لو عندك محل، اختر نعم واكتب العنوان وحرّك الدبوس على مكانك بالضبط. لو تشتغل من البيت أو من سيارتك وتروح للزبون، اختر لا. وبكذا ما يظهر عنوان بيتك لأحد.Google asks whether you have a location customers can visit, like a shop or office. If you have a shop, choose yes, enter the address and drag the pin to exactly the right spot. If you work from home or your car and go to the customer, choose no. That way your home address isn't shown to anyone.

منطقة الخدمةYour service area
لو تروح للزبون، قوقل بتطلب منك تحدد المدن أو الأحياء اللي تخدمها. اكتب الأماكن اللي توصل لها فعلاً. ما تكتب مدن ما تغطيها، لأن قوقل ممكن توقف الحساب.If you go to customers, Google asks you to set the cities or districts you serve. Enter the places you really reach. Don't list cities you don't cover, because Google can suspend the listing.

الجوال والموقع وواتسابPhone, website and WhatsApp
اكتب رقم جوالك اللي يرد عليه الزبون. لو عندك موقع، حط رابطه. وإذا ما عندك موقع، تقدر تحط رابط واتساب مباشر (wa.me) عشان الزبون يراسلك بضغطة. سوّه مجاناً من أداتنا. قوقل تراجع اللي تضيفه، فاكتب روابط صحيحة وتشتغل.Enter the mobile number customers can reach you on. If you have a website, add its link. If you don't, you can add a direct WhatsApp link (wa.me) so customers can message you in one tap. Make one free with our tool. التحقق من نشاطكVerify your business
قبل ما يطلع نشاطك للناس، لازم تثبت إنه حقيقي. قوقل هي اللي تحدد لك طريقة التحقق، وما تقدر تغيّرها. ممكن تكون مكالمة أو رسالة فيها رمز، أو إيميل، أو فيديو قصير بجوالك تصوّر فيه مكانك، أو مكالمة فيديو، أو بطاقة بريدية فيها رمز من ٥ أرقام.Before your business shows to the public, you have to prove it's real. Google decides which verification method you get, and you can't change it. It might be a call or text with a code, an email, a short video on your phone showing your place, a live video call, or a postcard with a 5-digit code.

خلّ الزبون يلاقيك: صور وأوقات وتقييماتGet found: photos, hours and reviews
بعد التحقق، كمّل ملفك: أوقات الدوام الصحيحة، صور واضحة للواجهة والداخل ومنتجاتك أو شغلك، ووصف بسيط. واطلب من زبائنك الحقيقيين يكتبون تقييم. لا تدفع أو تهدي مقابل التقييم، لأن قوقل ما تسمح بذلك. ورد على كل تقييم بأدب.Once verified, complete your profile: correct opening hours, clear photos of your front, inside and your products or work, and a simple description. Ask your real customers to leave a review. Don't pay or give gifts for reviews, because Google doesn't allow it. And reply politely to every review.

نشاطي ما يطلع في قوقل مابMy business doesn't show on Google Maps
- سجّل دخول بنفس حساب قوقل اللي أضفت منه، وابحث باسم محلك والمدينة، أو اكتب «نشاطي التجاري».Sign in with the same Google account you added it from, and search your business name and city, or type "my business".
- تأكد إنك كمّلت خطوة التحقق. بدونها ما يظهر نشاطك للناس.Make sure you finished verification. Without it your business isn't shown to the public.
- بعد التحقق ممكن تاخذ المراجعة لين ٥ أيام عمل. انتظر وجرّب مرة ثانية.After verifying, review can take up to 5 business days. Wait and try again.
فيه حساب مكرر لنفس المحلThere's a duplicate listing for my shop
- لا تسوي حساب ثالث. ابحث أول: ممكن حد أضاف محلك قبل (حتى موظف أو صاحب قديم).Don't make a third one. Search first: someone may have added your shop before (even a staff member or a former owner).
- لو الحساب موجود وما أحد مثبته، اضغط للمطالبة به وأثبت إنك صاحبه.If a listing exists and no one has verified it, claim it and prove it's yours.
- لو فيه نسختين، قوقل عندها صفحة مساعدة لحل الحسابات المكررة وملكية الحساب.If there are two, Google has a help page for resolving duplicate profiles and ownership issues.
الدبوس في المكان الغلطThe pin is in the wrong place
- افتح ملف نشاطك وعدّل الموقع، وحرّك الدبوس على مدخل المحل بالضبط.Open your profile, edit the location, and drag the pin to your shop's entrance.
- اكتب العنوان كاملاً بالحي واسم الشارع.Enter the full address with district and street name.
- لو تروح للزبون وما عندك محل، أخفِ العنوان وحدد منطقة الخدمة بدل الدبوس.If you go to customers and have no shop, hide the address and set a service area instead of a pin.

نعم. اختر أنك ما عندك موقع يزوره الزبائن، وحدد منطقة الخدمة. وبكذا ما يظهر عنوان بيتك. قوقل نفسها توصي الأنشطة اللي تروح للزبون بإخفاء العنوان.Yes. Say you don't have a location customers can visit and set a service area. Your home address won't be shown. Google itself recommends that businesses who travel to customers hide their address.
كم ياخذ التحقق؟How long does verification take?
يعتمد على الطريقة. البطاقة البريدية غالباً توصل خلال ١٤ يوم، وطرق ثانية ممكن تاخذ لين ٥ أيام عمل للمراجعة. بعض الحسابات تتحقق فوراً.It depends on the method. A postcard usually arrives within 14 days, and other methods can take up to 5 business days to review. Some profiles are verified instantly.
ليه نشاطي ما يطلع في البحث؟Why doesn't my business show up in search?
أغلب الأسباب: ما كمّلت التحقق، أو المراجعة ما انتهت، أو المعلومات ناقصة. شوف قسم المشاكل الشائعة فوق، وجرّب أداة «محلك يطلع في قوقل؟» عندنا.Most causes: verification isn't finished, the review isn't done, or the information is incomplete. أحتاج موقع إلكتروني عشان أضيف محلي؟Do I need a website to add my business?
لا، مو شرط. تقدر تحط رقمك ورابط واتساب. بس الموقع يشرح خدماتك وأسعارك، ويخلي الزبون يثق فيك أكثر، وتحطه في ملفك على قوقل.No, it's not required. You can add your number and a WhatsApp link. But a website explains your services and prices and builds trust, and you can link it from your Google listing.
إيش الفرق بين «موقع» الإنترنت و«موقع» الخريطة؟What's the difference between a website and a map location?
في العربي كلمة «موقع» تعني الاثنين. هذا الدليل عن موقع محلك على الخريطة (Location). أما الموقع الإلكتروني (Website) فهو صفحة لك على الإنترنت، وتشوف أسعاره في صفحة «كم سعر تصميم موقع».In Arabic the word "mawqi'" means both.
